Refund policy

30-DAY RETURNS POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS

IMPORTANT: PLEASE KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS

In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. The items must be returned in their entirety, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including the user manual, power adaptor, screws, bolts etc. and must be in an “as new” condition (including but not limited to scratches or dents).

Refunds

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, or you have the option to choose store credit. Please be advised that for credit cards it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement.

You will be responsible for paying all postage costs, and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage

Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 30 days. DO NOT WRITE ON THE PACKAGING. Please note, Super Strong Limited will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging.

Please note any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject to paying the return carriage cost incurred by Super Strong Limited.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges have to be requested within the 30 days.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like custom products (such as special orders, customised items, or personalised items). Please get in touch at info@superstrong.co.uk  if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please ensure you're 100% happy with the proposed customisation/personalisation before purchasing, as we will be unable to refund you or have the item returned once it has been modified.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
