The estimated dispatch time is 1-3 working days for stock items; 7-10 working days for non-stock items. Pre-order items will be dispatched on the same day we receive the stock. The website will be kept up to date with the ETA for these items.

COLLECTION OF GOODS
Free collection is available from the warehouse in Hillington with advance notice. Tell us when you are coming to collect and bring your confirmation email.
Unless your goods are faulty, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can arrange the collection for you and, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund – currently £59 per pallet (return & restock fees).
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse at 51 Watt Road, Hillington, Glasgow, G52 4RY.
You will receive an automated email from us when your order has been dispatched from the warehouse with more delivery information.
We use UPN for palletised deliveries like flooring, DX 2 MAN for larger items such as bikes, treadmills or tracks and DX for parcel deliveries.
You can track your order at the UPN Website (if your tracking link number is preceded by a 'SS') by going to the Podtracker section at the bottom of their webpage.
If your tracking link number starts with a "L" followed by 7 numbers e.g. L735895 your order has been dispatched through DX Freight. You can track your order here DX 2 MAN or phone the call centre on 0333 241 1188.
If your tracking number is a 10 digit number starting with 70, your order has been despatched by DX. You can track your order here DX
Small items such as flooring samples or resistance bands are sent by Royal mail and do not have a tracking number.
Although we endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there are rare occasions where our courier partners may encounter unforeseen problems which may delay your order. Although we will act quickly and responsively to sort out any problems, these are mostly out with our control and SuperStrong Fitness will not be held responsible for any losses caused by these delays.

UPN DELIVERY
If your order has been dispatched via UPN then the following delivery instructions are relevant:
UPN will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery. Please ensure we have the most up to date contact number to avoid any delay on your delivery.
Once your delivery date has been agreed with UPN you must ensure you have someone available to accept delivery (unless you have prior agreement with us or UPN for the pallet to be left in a safe place). Please be aware that there will be an additional delivery charge of £59 for any failed delivery.
Very important
The goods are delivered routinely on an 18T truck (similar size to a bin lorry). Please advise ASAP if your property is not suitable for delivery by this type of vehicle and we can inform the delivery company to make special arrangements for a smaller vehicle. Additional charges will apply.
Receiving delivery
UPN offers a kerbside delivery only and, as such, they will not enter your property. In the event that you will not be available to receive your delivery, so long as you give us advanced approval the company can leave your goods in a safe place.
The pallet is considered part of the packaging and is, therefore, your own responsibility to dispose of.
DX 2 MAN
If your order has been dispatched via DX 2 MAN then the following delivery instructions are relevant:
DX 2 MAN will contact you directly by text to advise on a delivery day. If this day is not suitable you must make alternative arrangements via the link in the text or by contacting the DX 2 MAN Call Centre on 0333 241 1188.
Please ensure we have the most up to date contact number to avoid any delay on your delivery.
Once your delivery date has been agreed with DX 2 MAN you must ensure you have someone available to accept delivery (unless you have prior agreement with DX 2 MAN for your parcel(s) to be left in a safe place). Please be aware that there will be an additional delivery charge of £59 for any failed delivery.
Receiving delivery
DX 2 MAN offers Threshold Delivery which means the parcels will be delivered to your door.
In the event of receiving damaged goods - for UPN, DX 2 MAN & DX Deliveries
In the unfortunate event of your order arriving damaged, you must report this to us as soon as possible so that we can process a claim. Our contact details are info@superstrong.co.uk.
We will require you to provide pictures of both the packaging and the contents, clearly showing the nature of the damage.
